The young and lovely Emma Stone began her career in acting after winning the role of Laurie Partridge in the VH1 talent reality competition, In Search of the New Partridge Family. She was also cast in the pilot episode of the series, The New Partridge Family. After the pilot, she moved on to join another television series, Medium, followed by Lucky Louie and Malcolm in the Middle.

Emma Stone then bagged a regular role in the Fox drama series Drive in 2007, and later the same year she starred in her first feature film, Superbad, as Jules, the girl lead character whom Seth (Jonah Hill) has a big crush on.

The year 2008 was another successful year in Emma Stone’s career in the entertainment business. Emma Stone appeared in films such as The Rocker and The House Bunny. In these films she was able to work with actors such as Rainn Wilson and Anna Faris. In The Rocker, Emma Stone learned to play the bass guitar, something which was required for the role. Meanwhile, in The House Bunny, she played the role of the sorority president. Singer Katherine McPhee and actor Colin Hanks were also part of this film.

Emma Stone soon appeared in the recent romantic comedy Ghost of Girlfriends Past starring Jennifer Garner and Matthew MConaughey. She is currently busy doing upcoming projects, such as the Paper Man, wherein she will be seen alongside Lisa Kudrow, Ryan Reynolds and Jeff Daniels. Emma Stone will also appear another upcoming horror-comedy flick, Zombieland together with Jesse Eisenberg and Woody Harrelson. She is also bound to work with actress Amanda Bynes in Easy A, where she stars as a high school student trying to cope up with rumors spread by her classmates in school.

Emma Stone also plans to venture into film production sometime in the future and also dreams to be a part of Saturday Night Live.
